The latest report from the Gift Card & Voucher Association (GCVA) reveals physical gift cards remain the dominant form, accounting for 62.7% of all gift card sales.
Market share was up 1.5% during the second half of 2021 – a clear indication that people still prefer giving and receiving a physical gift card to open.
