Vicki may have only been with our team for 18 months – but what a year and a half it’s been!

Though few could have predicted the global pandemic, it was clear from the start Vicki would be an asset to our Colchester-based retail sales team.

Vicki joined Incodia with over 16 years’ experience as a Business Development Manager for one of the UK’s largest providers of permanent Point-Of-Sale displays. In that time, she supported countless brands and retailers with the instore POS they needed to drive sales.

Now an experienced Account Manager for Incodia, Vicki works closely with more leading brands – including Joules, Fat Face and Wilko – to ensure they receive the products and support they need to get the most from their gift and loyalty card programmes.

Though the impact of the pandemic has made Vicki’s first 18 months with Incodia unprecedented, her strong sales and service background has shone through:

“In retail, the shopping experience is more important than ever, particularly after the lockdowns. It’s lovely at Incodia to have the opportunity to support brands with cards and campaigns that can make a real difference to their sales and customer loyalty.”

Outside of work, it’s also been a little difficult in recent months for Vicki to indulge in her passions for socialising, cinema and travel – but it’s left more opportunity for keeping fit and cooking.

However, most recently, Vicki’s time has been taken up doting over a new addition to her family – her beautiful new granddaughter, Mollie!
