Gosia has been with Incodia for 16 years. She has grown with the company, joining as a machine operator before moving up to quality control and becoming a technical manager. Moreover, she has recently been promoted as Customer Services Manager in Skelmersdale.
“We have a real understanding of substrates, inks and dies as well as personalisation and fulfilment, which has enabled us to produce high-quality products for our growing portfolio of customers.”
Gosia’s vast knowledge in all things printing makes her role instrumental in our dedication to provide market-leading, innovative products and services to our client base, whilst ensuring the delivery of great customer service.
With her extensive printing expertise, Gosia won a global employee of the year award in 2016, making her a valued member of the team.

Outside of work, Gosia enjoys travelling around the world and learning about new cultures. She is also a very active person, appreciating the great outdoors in her spare time.
“I’ve taken up hiking in the past couple of years which I hope is not just a pandemic fluke!”
